A solemn covenant

Allah took from all the Prophets including Jesus a solemn covenant to convey the commands of Allah and establish the religion he legislated. Jesus fulfilled the commands of Allah.

The same approach

The same approach

He is a Messenger who believed in the books and the Prophets sent by Allah. He followed the path of the rest of the Messengers, whether they preceded or followed him.

He is my Lord and your Lord

Jesus informed that he was sent with the wisdom that is the prophethood, and he commanded them to obey him and single out Allah with worship. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom [i.e., prophethood] and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me. Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path." But the denominations from among them differed [and separated], so woe to those who have wronged from the punishment of a painful Day. } Quran ( 43 : 63 - 65 )

Refuting the belief in the divinity of Jesus

In the cradle, Jesus began his speech by showing his servitude to Allah, and that he does not have an attribute by which he deserves to be a god, or a son of Allah. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { [Jesus] said, "Indeed, I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet. And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakāh as long as I remain alive And [made me] dutiful to my mother, and He has not made me a wretched tyrant. And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive." That is Jesus, the son of Mary - the word of truth about which they are in dispute. It is not [befitting] for Allah to take a son; exalted is He!1 When He decrees an affair, He only says to it, "Be," and it is. } Quran ( 19 : 30 - 35 )

llah supported Jesus with Gabriel, accompanying him in his conditions because the ordeals which he suffered require support. Like the ordeal of his birth without a father and the ordeal when they tried to kill him. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { Those messengers - some of them We caused to exceed others. Among them were those to whom Allah spoke, and He raised some of them in degree. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs, and We supported him with the Pure Spirit [i.e., Gabriel]. If Allah had willed, those [generations] succeeding them would not have fought each other after the clear proofs had come to them. But they differed, and some of them believed and some of them disbelieved. And if Allah had willed, they would not have fought each other, but Allah does what He intends. } Quran ( 2 : 253 )

Allah is enough as a Lord

They worshiped Jesus and obeyed the rabbis and monks who forbid what Allah made lawful, and permit people to consume what He forbade, so they ruined their lives. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah,1 and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary.2 And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him. } Quran ( 9 : 31 )

Proofless saying

They admitted that Allah has no wife. Then, how can thay claim that Allah have a son. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah"; and the Christians say, "The Messiah is the son of Allah." That is their statement from their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before [them]. May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded? } Quran ( 9 : 30 )

He is a Human sent by Allah

He is a Human sent by Allah

Jesus and his mother were in need for food like all other human beings, this description entails that they can not be gods, because they can not provide for themselves, this trait is not befitting for a god. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food.1 Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded. } Quran ( 5 : 75 )

He is one of the Messengers

In the Quran,Allah named some of the Messengers including Jesus may Allah exalt his mention. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { Indeed, We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], as We revealed to Noah and the prophets after him. And We revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, the Descendants,1 Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron, and Solomon, and to David We gave the book [of Psalms]. And [We sent] messengers about whom We have related [their stories] to you before and messengers about whom We have not related to you. And Allah spoke to Moses with [direct] speech. } Quran ( 4 : 163 -164 )

There is no multiple god

It is a self-evident fact that it is void to believe that three different beings are one being. This is an obvious contradiction, Allah warned those who believe in the Trinity. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the third of three."1 And there is no god except one God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishment. } Quran ( 5 : 73 )

Jesus denied that he is a god

Jesus confirmed that he is a slave totally submitted to the will of Allah. As well he confirmed the complete sense of divinity to Allah. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers. } Quran ( 5 : 72 )

The humanity of Jesus appears in his need for his Creator

Allah saved Jesus by making them crucify a man who looks similar to him, assuming that this man was Jesus, Allah raised him alive to the Heavens with his body and soul, he will remain their until before the the end of time. Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { And [for] their saying, "Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah." And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain.1 Rather, Allah raised him to Himself. And ever is Allah Exalted in Might and Wise. } Quran ( 4 : 157 - 158)
