What is the virtue for having Suhur meal?

It is recommended to have the Suhoor meal, it is done by having any simple food or drink
Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :
{ And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. }
