Moses (peace be upon him) was known for his magnanimity and chivalry, he helped the two girls so that they  do not mix with men and turned a blind eye to them.

Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) : { One of the women said, "O my father, hire him. Indeed, the best one you can hire is the strong and the trustworthy." } Quran ( 28 : 26 )
