Do not worry, Allah disposes all the affairs

There is a lord who sees you, takes care of you and removes the hardships, so how do you worry whereas you believe in the Almighty God?
Allah said ( interpretation of the meaning ) :
{ And if Allah should touch you with adversity, there is no remover of it except Him. And if He touches you with good - then He is over all things competent. }
Quran ( 6 : 17 )
